Full Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled, versatile, and experienced Center Manager to lead a technology and business process outsourcing delivery center. The ideal candidate will have a managed services background and a passion for mentoring, developing, and inspiring individuals to build successful careers while fostering a positive, high-performance culture.

This role is responsible for overseeing center operations, service delivery, workforce performance, and client relationships to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The Center Manager will drive team development, support recruiting and talent growth, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and partner with leadership to achieve business objectives and support the growth of the center.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for all operations at the Center including Delivery and Operations
Ensure all employees follow the company’s best practices and code of conduct
Communicate effectively with employees and infuse pride in our mission
Create a positive work environment; motivate, and track performance
Take part in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and project delivery
Communicate corporate goals and objectives down to the associate level
Ability to collaborate with senior management on client account management and growth opportunities
Ability to communicate across organizational boundaries from associates to senior management
Establish process controls to ensure all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met with the highest level of customer satisfaction
Resource management with experience pulling in additional resources when needed
Monitoring the overall performance of services, functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas, and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level
Responsible for building a personal relationship with key client staff
Ability to remove obstacles to ensure customer satisfaction
Map client’s requirements and coordinate in developing and implementing processes in line with pre-set guidelines
Create awareness on driving projects, process improvement strategy, methodology and ensure maximum operational efficiency
Administer scheduling systems, communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions, enforcing policies and procedures

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of team management/supervisory experience with a team
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Experience with social media and/or communication technologies
Experience with Microsoft and/or Google Suite
Awareness of financials and project profitability
Exceptional customer relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative business approaches, and lead the team to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions
Strong business development skills

Preferred Qualifications

Certified in Lean Six Sigma and/or other process improvement methodologies.
Experience of directly owning complex projects
Experience of directly owning outsourcing/managed services delivery
Experience with client management in an operations delivery environment
Process improvement experience

Pay: $65,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
