Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Operations to lead our organization’s operational functions with energy and precision. This pivotal role involves driving operational excellence, managing large-scale organizational change, and fostering continuous process improvements. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will oversee business operations, develop strategic plans, and ensure the seamless execution of initiatives that support sustainable growth. Your leadership will inspire teams, optimize resources, and elevate our operational standards to new heights, ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our stakeholders.

Duties

Lead and implement operational excellence initiatives across all departments to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Develop and execute strategic management plans aligned with organizational goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversee business development management efforts to identify new opportunities, expand market presence, and drive revenue growth.
Manage large-scale organizational change management projects to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement.
Direct business operations including process improvement, budget management, forecasting, and financial oversight to meet profit and loss objectives.
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop data-driven decision-making processes that inform strategic planning and operational analysis.
Supervise senior leadership teams, providing guidance on project management, operational management, and management best practices to ensure high performance across functions.

Skills

Proven experience in operational excellence initiatives and large-scale organizational change management.
Strong background in business development management, strategic planning, and business operations.
Expertise in budget management, financial management, profit and loss analysis, and forecasting.
Excellent verbal communication skills with executives and senior leadership teams.
Demonstrated ability in project management, process improvement, and program management within complex organizations.
Skilled in data-driven decision making and operational analysis to optimize performance metrics.
Leadership qualities with supervising experience in managing diverse teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
Proficiency in managing operational management functions including strategic management, change initiatives, and business development efforts.
