Responsibilities:
· Produce batches for liquid fill lines according to batch records and designated sequences.
· Confirm the accuracy of pre-weighed materials and ingredients.
· Carefully weigh, measure, and utilize agitators to blend liquids, solids, and powders.
· Employ scales and thermometers to audit batches with precision.
· Guarantee the effectiveness and purity of products and processes.
· Uphold a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
· Safely operate forklifts to transport raw ingredients and finished products.
· Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
· Write routine reports and correspondence and speak effectively.
· Perform basic math functions adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
· Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written and oral instructions and solve standardized problems.
· Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
Required Experience:
· High School Diploma or GED required.
· 1-3 months of related compounding/blending experience and/or training; 1-2 years of OTC and personal care bulk
· manufacturing preferred (process-oriented manufacturing experience considered).
· Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, email, and inventory/manufacturing software programs.
· Must be able to sit, stand, squat, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, twist, carry, grasp, or grip for long periods of time.
· Must pass Respirator Fit Test (must be clean-shaven at the time of fit testing).
· Must be available for an in-person, on-site interview.
