JOB DESCRIPTION

Start Date: Immediately

TITLE: Receptionist

REPORTS TO: Operations Manager

SUPERVISED BY: Operations Manager

SUMMARY: Three or more years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role is strongly preferred. The position requires excellent organizational and technical skills, attention to detail, strong client service abilities, effective multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and exceptional verbal and written communication. Discretion, professionalism, and independent judgment are frequently needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook is required.

The Receptionist handles a range of office tasks, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and providing support and triage. Responsibilities include maintaining office organization, coordinating conference rooms, assisting with office decor and event planning, managing supplies, and providing secretarial support to management.

DUTIES:

Serve as the first point of contact, ensuring professionalism and excellent client service.
Answer phones, forward calls, and take messages appropriately.
Welcome clients with hospitality, including beverages, snacks, and pre-meeting forms.
Maintain a neat, clean, and professional office appearance.
Handle mail, faxes, photocopying, and scanning.
Make appointment reminder calls.
Monitor the calendar for conflicts.

SALARY: $38,000-$45,000.
