We’re looking for a Commercial Lines Producer who is passionate about building relationships, uncovering client needs, and helping businesses grow with the right protection in place. This is a chance to build your own book of business with the support of a well-established agency behind you. What You’ll Do

Proactively generate and pursue commercial insurance leads
Cultivate a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and community connections
Identify coverage gaps and risks, providing tailored solutions to protect clients' businesses
Clearly explain policy options, coverage differences, and value to clients
Gather all necessary documentation to prepare thorough and competitive submissions
Partner with a dedicated Account Manager to handle service and renewals
Maintain and grow relationships within your existing book of business
Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Manager on marketing strategies and sales initiatives
Participate in industry trainings, seminars, and networking events to stay informed and expand market knowledge

What You Bring

Active Property & Casualty license (required)
2+ years of insurance sales or commercial lines experience
Strong communication skills—you’re great at connecting with people
Self-driven and goal-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Highly organized and detail-focused
Professional, friendly, and patient demeanor
