Carative Psychiatry is seeking professionals with the following qualifications:
- Licensed Mental Health Clinician in California
- LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist
- Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree
- Excellent assessment and treatment planning skills
- Experience working with individuals, families, and/or couples
- Experience working with a variety of client populations which may include children, teens, adults, and elderly clients
- Knowledge of and experience with specialized populations and issues specific to them.
- Computer skills and ability to use a telehealth platform via internet connectivity
- Enrollment in CAQH
- Understanding of IntakeQ/Practice Q EMR a plus
- Three years experience a plus
- To be considered, applicant must be currently credentialed in CA under major commercial insurance companies
Requirements:
- Provide quality clinical assessment and treatment, interventions and care based on established best practices and medical necessity guidelines
- Complete diagnostic assessments and develop measurable treatment plans to meet needs and goals of clients
- Complete diagnostic assessment tools that support and correspond with client’s clinical presentation
- Complete encounter notes capturing each client session and interaction within established timeframes
- Complete clinical documentation in compliance with payor standards
- Maintain clear, up-to-date patient records and communications in HIPAA compliant EHR
- Respond within reasonable timeframe to client questions
- Provide culturally sensitive, client-centered care
- Work collaboratively with members of Telemynd’s support teams
- Provide community referral sources as required throughout care and at discharge
- When relevant, coordinate care with prescriber, PCP, or other collaterals
- Maintain a confidential and professional looking virtual office space
- Remain in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain good standing with all licensing boards
- Complete all required continuing education requirements for licensure and specializations
- Consult with manager and staff on clients and their needs
Benefits:
- Full-time AND Part-time options available, but moving to a FT position is desirable
- This is position will remain remote past COVID stay-at-home orders
- Site hours of operation are flexible, Monday thru Sunday to give clients flexibility and the clinician can choose their hours

- Full clinical caseload typically established within the first 90 days after being fully credentialed
- No on-call shifts
- Independent contractor model, contractor paid a percentage of collected fees
- Earning potential up to $90 per hour + based on 1 New patient within 60 minutes or 98 per hour based on 1 New patient every 40 minutes.

We are accepting applications for a Mental Health Therapist to join our team and work with patients who are dealing with anxiety and depression. The ideal candidate will be able to create a safe and comfortable environment for patients, and will ensure that they get the treatment they need to feel better. This position requires a BC Psychiatry License, as well as a master's degree in psychology or counseling. You should enjoy working with people, have good communication skills and be competent in a variety of different treatment methods.
Responsibilities:
- Confer with patients, family, and other health care providers to assess and review clinical status and to plan therapeutic services.
- Assess patient's physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs.
- Develop treatment plans to relieve symptoms of mental illnesses and to help patients achieve emotional stability and independent living.
- Refer patients to appropriate community resources to promote emotional growth and development.
- Adhere to professional standards of practice.
- Work as part of a team.
