In this hands-on role, you’ll set up and operate CNC and NC machinery, ensuring every part meets tight tolerances and superior finish standards. This is a Direct Hire position with both 1st and 2nd Shift Schedules available. Pay starts at $24 plus benefits and competitive profit-sharing program. Responsibilities

Set up and operate manual and CNC machining equipment for milling, turning, drilling, tapping, and sawing operations.
Follow detailed work instructions related to tooling, programming, fixturing, and offsets.
Load and unload parts, ensuring proper fixture alignment and accurate program selection.
Adjust machine tolerances and finishes to meet strict quality standards.
Perform basic machine maintenance and keep equipment in peak operating condition.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with CNC, NC, or manual machining operations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with machine shop practices, tooling, and precision measuring instruments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday.
