We are seeking an experienced, driven, and highly organized Property Management Growth Manager to lead and grow our property management division while delivering exceptional service to our property owners, tenants, vendors, and team.
This is much more than an office management position. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, building relationships, and helping grow a business. You'll spend time in the office, in the field inspecting properties, meeting with owners and vendors, and occasionally representing the company in court for eviction and property-related matters.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the property management division.
Develop and implement strategies to grow the company's property management portfolio.
Build and maintain exceptional relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and investors.
Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance, safety, and quality issues.
Ensure properties consistently meet the company's high standards.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs while following projects through completion.
Handle difficult conversations professionally while maintaining excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is complete and organized.
Prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Represent the company professionally in court when necessary for eviction and property-related proceedings.
Continuously improve systems, efficiency, and team performance.
Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, accountability, and a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management, real estate, operations management, or another leadership position.
Experience managing customer relationships.
Experience coordinating vendors and maintenance projects.
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
An active Alabama Real Estate License is preferred.
If you do not currently hold an Alabama Real Estate License, you must be willing to obtain one within an agreed-upon timeframe as a condition of continued employment. We will discuss and establish this timeline during the hiring process.
