Job Overview

We are a growing, family-owned residential and commercial painting company seeking a dynamic and organized Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team! Looking for a reliable, organized Office Administrator with a strong Marketing mindset. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to create a welcoming environment for customers and provide seamless support to our staff..

Responsibilities

Support office management by coordinating calendar schedules, organizing meetings, and assisting with administrative tasks like proofreading documents
Perform clerical duties such as filing, emailing, and maintaining office supplies to ensure a well-organized workspace
Manage day to day office operations, scheduling and customer communication.
Answer phones, coordinate estimates, and follow up with leads.
Manage and grow our online presence (Google, Facebook, website updates)

What we are looking for:

Qualifications

Comfortable with computers, (microsoft word is a MUST), scheduling and office organization.
Friendly, professional, and customer focused.
Proven experience in office administration or reception roles with strong clerical skills and customer service expertise
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with excellent typing and data entry abilities
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
Previous experience using DocuSign preferred but not necessary.
Knowing the painting industry a plus but not necessary.
Self-starter who can keep things moving without constant direction.
