JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS
- Job Summary:
  - Renders behavioral nursing care to partial hospitalization patients on the Behavioral Health Unit.
- Education:
  - Associate's Degree in Nursing is required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- Registration/Certification/Licensure:
  - Registered Nurse license in the State of Maryland.
- Experience:
  - Minimum of one year experience in a partial hospitalization program, preferred.
- Other Requirements:
  - Maintains unit-specific and hospital competencies, mandatory learning, and any clinical certifications required in accordance with the Staff Education and Training policy GA-057 and/or any other department requirements.
  - Ability to effectively communicate with all patient populations.
  - Ability to appropriately apply therapeutic hold/restraint and seclusion procedures when necessary.
  - Ability to process patient information and perform assigned duties in a confidential, professional and empathetic manner.
  - Ability to operate internal computer systems and applications to effectively accomplish assigned duties.
  - CPR required within 30 days of hire date.
  - CPI required within 90 days of hire date.
  - Maintains unit specific and hospital competencies as required by policy.
  - Able to work holidays as needed
  - Expected to assist on In Patient Unit as needed

Location: Calvert Health System · CMC ADOL PSYCH DAY
Schedule: Float Pool, Day Shift, Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:30am - 11:30am
