Tax CPA – Full-Time January–April | Part-Time May–December (Flexible Hours)

Public accounting doesn't have to mean sacrificing work-life balance.

Our growing CPA firm in Big Lake, Minnesota is looking for an experienced Tax CPA who enjoys working with clients, solving problems, and being part of a collaborative team.

This isn't your typical public accounting position. We are offering a full-time schedule during tax season (January–April) and a part-time schedule with negotiable hours from May–December, giving you the opportunity to continue doing meaningful work while enjoying greater flexibility throughout the year.

Whether you're looking to scale back from a traditional public accounting schedule, ease into retirement, or simply find a better work-life balance, we'd love to talk with you.

What You'll Do

Prepare individual and business tax returns
Prepare financial statements
Provide tax planning and advisory services
Work directly with clients to build trusted relationships
Collaborate with a supportive, experienced team
Help clients navigate tax and accounting matters throughout the year
