Welcome to the next level of ABA.
Success On The Spectrum Hamilton is building an elite founding clinical team inside a brand-new, state-of-the-art autism center in Hamilton, NJ.
We are hiring a BCBA Intern / RBT Trainer to support our Clinical Director with direct therapy, staff training, assessment support, treatment-plan updates, and clinical documentation. This role is ideal for an experienced RBT, RBT-pending technician, or BCBA-track graduate student who wants to grow into a stronger clinical leadership role.
This is not a basic behavior technician posting.
This role is for someone who already understands ABA, enjoys working directly with children, takes pride in high-quality sessions, and wants to be trusted with more responsibility. You will still provide direct 1:1 therapy, but you will also help support the clinical engine of the center: assessments, reassessments, treatment-plan updates, formal report preparation, intervention-plan support, teaching instructions, data review, SOAP notes, materials organization, and staff training.
Our center includes a full sensory room, ball pit, play center, art room, mock classroom, social skills room, life skills room, parent observation systems, live camera systems for training and accountability, a high-end staff break room, and a beautiful waterfall lobby entrance.
We are building a dream team from the ground up. We want people who are serious about growth, professionalism, leadership, clinical excellence, and doing ABA the right way.
If you are an experienced RBT who wants to become more than “just another tech,” this may be the right fit.
If you are working toward becoming a BCBA, enrolled in ABA coursework, or preparing for graduate-level clinical leadership, this role is designed to help you build real experience under BCBA supervision.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The BCBA Intern / RBT Trainer will work directly with children while also supporting the Clinical Director with patient assessments, reassessments, treatment-plan updates, programming support, staff training, data quality, SOAP-note quality, and day-to-day clinical flow.
You will still provide direct 1:1 therapy. This is important. We need someone who can build rapport with clients, run strong sessions, collect clean data, model excellent treatment, and show newer technicians what high-quality ABA looks like.
You will also assist with clinical documentation and assessment-related tasks under BCBA supervision. This may include assisting with patient assessments and reassessments, organizing assessment materials, supporting skill probes, gathering client data, helping prepare formal reports, supporting intervention plans, assisting with teaching instructions, preparing client materials, and helping ensure treatment-plan updates are completed with quality and efficiency.
Our live camera systems are used to support training, coaching, accountability, and clinical excellence. We want staff to feel supported, not left alone. The goal is to help our team improve in real time, protect client safety, and create a culture where strong clinical work is noticed, reinforced, and developed.
This is a strong fit for someone who wants a serious ABA career path.
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT
This is a clinical leadership-track position.
You will be working closely with our Clinical Director and ownership team as we scale a new center. Strong performers may have opportunities over time to grow into higher-level roles, including parent training/community event creative collaborations, RBT trainer responsibilities, BCBA internship/practicum support, future BCBA opportunities, and regional leadership opportunities as the company grows into multiple centers.
We are not looking for someone who only wants to clock in and clock out.
We are looking for someone who wants to become excellent.
Owned and operated by a lifelong behavior technician and future BCBA, with a leadership team committed to clinical excellence and staff development.
