Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures in a friendly and efficient manner.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
Accurately manage reservations and maintain front desk operations using hotel management software.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and facilities meet high standards.
Process payments and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, promoting a positive first impression.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with standard computer applications and hotel software is a plus.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
