Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Phlebotomist to join our clinical team. In this role, you will collect blood samples, administer injections, assist with IV therapies, and support patient care while ensuring accuracy, safety, and an outstanding patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Perform lab draws and therapeutic phlebotomy procedures.
Manage and verify electronic lab orders.
Administer and document injections.
Assist with IV administration and documentation.
Cross-train and support medical assistant and front desk functions as needed.
Address patient concerns professionally and effectively.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
Attend staff and clinical meetings.
Support additional clinic operations as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 6 months of recent phlebotomy experience or completion of a formal phlebotomy training program required.
Current BLS and/or CPR/AED certification required.
Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) preferred.
IV certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire).
Associate degree in a medical field strongly preferred.

Pay: $17.18 - $20.22 per hour
