Summary: The ideal person will be ambitious, with a positive attitude and great communication skills. Previous HVAC experience desired, but not necessary. Industry and content can be learned; sales are a talent. We are looking for someone that will not only join our team but bring new ideas and energy to it.
Compensation: Commission based. Uncapped potential.

Responsibilities, include but not limited to:
· Meet with customers to evaluate their HVAC needs, comfort concerns, and goals.
· Perform in-home consultations and recommend appropriate heating, cooling, indoor air quality, and comfort solutions.
· Inspect existing HVAC equipment and gather accurate information needed for system replacement or upgrades.
· Perform or assist with heat-load calculations and proper equipment sizing.
· Prepare professional proposals with multiple system and financing options when appropriate.
· Clearly explain equipment features, efficiency ratings, warranties, rebates, financing, and expected benefits.
· Educate customers so they can make informed purchasing decisions without using high-pressure sales tactics.
· Ask for the sale and confidently guide customers through the decision-making process.
· Follow up on open estimates, unsold proposals, and previous customer opportunities.
· Maintain accurate customer notes, estimates, follow-up activities, and sales information in the company CRM.
· Coordinate with installation, service, warehouse, and office teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.
· Verify job-site conditions, measurements, electrical requirements, ductwork considerations, line-set requirements, and other installation details.
· Ensure sold jobs are complete, accurate, and properly documented before being turned over to the installation department.
· Maintain knowledge of HVAC equipment, accessories, efficiency standards, available rebates, promotions, and financing programs.
· Participate in ongoing HVAC technical, product, and sales training.
· Attend required sales meetings and company meetings.
· Maintain consistent communication with customers before and after the sale.
· Provide an exceptional customer experience and professionally represent the company in customers' homes.
· Maintain a clean, professional appearance and organized company vehicle/work materials.
· Meet or exceed established sales, closing-rate, revenue, and customer-satisfaction goals.
· Generate additional opportunities through referrals, repeat customers, and relationship building.
· Follow company pricing, discounting, financing, and sales procedures.
· Maintain honesty and integrity when recommending equipment and services.
· Follow all company safety policies and procedures while working in customers' homes and around HVAC equipment.
Qualifications:
· Valid and insurable Driver’s License required.
· Minimum of 1-2 years of Sales experience preferred.
· Previous HVAC experience preferred.
· Have verifiable work history and references.
· Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely with other team members, management, and customers in person, by phone and email.
· Must be highly motivated, detailed oriented, able to multi-task, be highly skilled in problem solving and accurate resolutions, have a keen sense of urgency, be flexible, and demonstrate the ability to follow through on tasks timely and effectively.
· Have a great attitude that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
· Must be punctual with a clean presentation of them self and be prepared to work every day to provide reliable support for your team with excellent timeliness and attendance.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
