Next Level Med Solutions is a luxury, results-driven med spa located in Plano, Texas specializing in injectables, advanced laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, wellness services, IV therapy, and FDA-cleared hair rejuvenation technology.

Our practice is built on elevated patient experiences, clinical excellence, innovation, and personalized treatment plans designed to help clients look and feel their best. As a rapidly growing luxury aesthetics brand, we are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Aesthetic Injector with a strong existing book of business, exceptional client retention skills, and a strong social media presence. The ideal candidate is confident, polished, entrepreneurial, and passionate about aesthetics, patient outcomes, and long-term relationship building. We are looking for someone who understands how to attract, engage, convert, and retain clientele while contributing to a luxury brand experience both in-person and online.

Role Description

This position is located in Plano, Texas.

As our RN Aesthetic Injector, you will conduct consultations, develop customized treatment plans, and confidently perform injectable aesthetic treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers and biostimulators. You will play a major role in building long-term patient relationships, driving retention, increasing brand visibility, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice. The ideal candidate thrives in a luxury environment, enjoys building a personal brand, participates confidently in social media and marketing initiatives, and understands the importance of delivering both exceptional results and an elevated patient experience.

Experience performing laser procedures and wellness treatments is preferred.

Required Qualifications

Active Texas RN License in good standing
Certifications from accredited injectable training programs
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience
Proven experience with neuromodulators, dermal fillers and biostimulators with strong before-and-after results
Strong understanding of facial anatomy, safety protocols, contraindications, and treatment planning
Existing book of business and established clientele strongly preferred
Proven ability to attract, convert, retain, and grow clientele
Strong social media presence with the ability to create engagement and drive brand visibility
Entrepreneurial mindset with confidence in networking, branding, marketing, and business development
Professional, polished, luxury-focused, and patient-centered demeanor
Comfortable with consultations, treatment plan recommendations, rebooking, and long-term client retention
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Overall Qualifications

Proficiency administering Botox®, Dysport®, dermal fillers, and other injectable aesthetic treatments
Knowledge of IV therapy, wellness services, and regenerative aesthetics preferred
Strong consultation and patient education skills
Ability to deliver natural, results-driven outcomes while maintaining patient safety
High attention to detail and commitment to sanitation, compliance, and documentation
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced luxury med spa environment
Prior experience in the aesthetic or medical spa industry required
Continuing education and advanced aesthetic certifications highly desirable
Comfortable participating in social media content creation, videos, patient education, and marketing campaigns

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and create customized treatment plans
Perform injectable treatments confidently, safely, and within scope of practice
Educate patients on treatment expectations, risks, pre/post-care, and maintenance recommendations
Build strong patient relationships that encourage retention, loyalty, referrals, and long-term treatment planning
Maintain accurate charting, before-and-after photography, and detailed patient documentation
Support practice growth through social media engagement, branding, networking, and entrepreneurial marketing efforts
Collaborate with the clinical and leadership team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and experiences
Maintain a polished, luxury, and professional treatment environment
Stay current on industry trends, advanced techniques, and continuing education opportunities
