Full Job Description

Are you passionate about graphic design, digital printing, and seeing your work become a finished product? ChemArt is looking for a Digital Print & Graphics Production Specialist to join our growing Production Team.

This is a unique opportunity to combine creativity with hands-on manufacturing. You'll work with digital artwork, advanced printing equipment, and production teams to transform customer designs into high-quality custom products that are used by organizations, nonprofits, fundraisers, and businesses across the country.

Whether you're a recent graduate with strong Adobe Illustrator skills or an experienced print production professional, we offer an environment where you can learn, grow, and make a visible impact every day.

What You'll Do

As a Digital Print & Graphics Production Specialist, you'll play a key role in both artwork preparation and production execution.

Responsibilities Include:

Prepare, adjust, and review artwork files using Adobe Illustrator.
Set up and operate digital printing equipment according to production schedules and quality standards.
Review artwork for print readiness, including alignment, sizing, color accuracy, registration, and production compatibility.
Verify job specifications, materials, and print requirements before production begins.
Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and visual accuracy.
Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Production teams to solve artwork and manufacturing challenges.
Maintain organized digital files, production records, and documentation.
Support process improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and workflow consistency.
Perform basic equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance.
Communicate production status, quality concerns, and equipment issues to supervisors and team members.
Follow company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
Assist with additional production and manufacturing support projects as needed.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

Education or experience in graphic design, digital printing, print production, prepress, production art, or a related field.
Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Comfort working with digital files, computers, production equipment, and manufacturing processes.
Ability to follow specifications, procedures, and production requirements.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with digital printing equipment.
Familiarity with UV printing, flatbed printing, RIP software, or production artwork workflows.
Manufacturing or production environment experience.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
