Walmart Traveling Team Lead - Overnight
Traveling Team Lead - (Must have leadership exp.)
Salary Range: $20 - $24/hr.
The Opportunity:
As a Traveling Team Lead, you will lead a team on a project for the entire duration of the project. You will be traveling 14 weeks at a time, possibly longer depending on the project. Typically, you would report to a Field Manager from SASR’s corporate team. You will coordinate and organize the client’s goals. The main responsibility of the Traveling Team Lead is to ensure that SASR’s team completes the project on time and within budget, while communicating to SASR as to daily and weekly progress.
What You’ll Do:
- Frequent travel required, including distances of 800+ miles
- Work with the direct Walmart Remodel team to execute the designated phasing plan
- Delegate nightly tasks to the team working with you
- Complete reporting as designated by the client to SASR on a nightly basis, including picture submittal
- Completing and signing off on planograms (modulars)
What You’ll Need:
- Reliable transportation
- Experience in big box retail, store remodels, and leading a team of 20+ people
- Experience in reading and understanding modulars/planograms, schematics, blueprints and store maps
- Experience in assembling and disassembling various retail fixtures (Gondolas, power wings, end caps, etc.)
- Great organizational and communication skill
- Leadership and decision-making ability
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
