Full Job Description

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is looking for qualified Administrative Assistants to be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical duties to help improve efficiencies at an organization. The Administrative Assistants will be the initial contact person for patients when they enter the medical office.

Pay: $22/hr

Contract: 24 weeks - high likelihood of internal placement post contract

The assignment is 40hrs/wk and the shift is 12pm - 830pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch with Sat/Sun/Mon/Tue/Wed work days, must also be willing to work 4am - 12:30pm/other days if needed.

The department at our facility is looking for these qualities in an administrative personnel staff member:

Staff scheduling experience
Hospital staff scheduling experience
Three (3) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the assignment
Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite (especially spreadsheets)
Strong computer skills & strong customer service
Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent form two year college or technical school or six months to one year related Administrative Assistant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and Administrative Assistant experience preferred.
