We are a full-service, licensed electrical contractor specializing in solar installations and EV charger infrastructure, serving both residential and commercial clients .
We're growing fast and need a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional who can bridge our customer experience, marketing, and finance functions to keep our projects moving smoothly from sale to installation.
The Opportunity
This is a unique entry level role that sits at the intersection of customer service, marketing operations, and finance. You'll be the essential behind-the-scenes coordinator who ensures every customer has a seamless experience, marketing leads are properly managed, and project funding is secured on time .

Key Responsibilities Customer Experience (40%)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the post-sale journey, addressing inquiries and providing project updates with professionalism and care
- Collect and organize customer documents required for project permitting and financing
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure a smooth, transparent process from contract signing to installation
- Deliver exceptional service that reflects our commitment to quality and community trust
Marketing Operations Support (30%)
- Manage and organize inbound marketing leads from community events, digital campaigns, and referrals
- Support the Business Development Manager with marketing campaings, lead tracking and reporting in the company CRM
- Assist with coordinating marketing materials, event logistics, and community outreach follow-up
- Analyze and report on lead source performance to guide marketing strategy
Finance & Funding Coordination (30%)
- Submit key milestone documentation to financing partners to ensure timely project funding
- Track deal progress and follow up proactively with financiers to keep projects moving forward
- Review customer financial documents for accuracy and compliance with lender requirements
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve funding issues quickly
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in customer service, client coordination, administrative support, or a related field
Ideal Candidate Profile
- You're passionate about clean energy and enjoy learning how the solar industry works
- You see customer service as an opportunity to build trust, not just resolve problems
- You're comfortable communicating with customers, sales teams, and financial partners
- You have a "get it done" attitude and take ownership of your work
- Experience in the solar, construction, or renewable energy industry is a plus (but not required)
