Full Job Description

CT Technologist providing high-quality imaging in a 13‑week contract role in Pueblo, Colorado. Responsible for operating CT equipment, ensuring accurate imaging and patient safety, and documenting procedures in EPIC Radiant and Synapse PACS. This role supports the local healthcare facility’s diagnostic services and contributes to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide routine and specialized CT imaging including head, chest, abdomen/pelvis, CTA head, CTA chest, and calcium score scans

Operate GE, Phillips, and Siemens CT equipment, ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety

Maintain accurate documentation of procedures performed within EPIC Radiant and Synapse PACS systems

Assist with starting IVs and ensure patient comfort and safety throughout imaging procedures

Adhere to facility protocols and safety standards, including proper scrub attire and infection control procedures

Qualifications:

Valid degree or diploma in Radiologic Technology or related field
BLS (AHA) certification
Certified CT Technologist – ARRT (CT) certification
Certified Radiologic Technologist – ARRT (R) certification
Minimum of 2 years of CT imaging experience
Ability to start IVs
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility to work nights
Reliable transportation
