Full Job Description

Location: UCHealth UCHth Parkview Medical Center, US:CO:Pueblo

Department: Security

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Day and Evening Rotation

Pay: $24.11 - $36.17 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:
Supervises the daily operations of the department to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
Supervises staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
Assists with monitoring departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations. Assists with the assessing needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.
Supports special projects and business analysis as requested.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED
5 years of relevant experience.
