We are currently hiring for PRN positions.
Position Summary
As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide hands-on support to residents in a home setting, assisting them with daily activities and helping them gain greater independence. Responsibilities include teaching life skills, supporting community engagement, documenting progress, and creating a safe, positive living environment.
This is a residential caregiving role focused on empowering individuals to live meaningful, independent lives.

Essential Responsibilities
- Provide quality care and support for participants in a residential setting.
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including:
- Meal preparation and cooking
- Housekeeping and cleaning
- Laundry
- Personal grooming and hygiene support
- Shopping and budgeting skills
- Administer medications as authorized (QMAP certification required; training provided if needed).
- Maintain accurate participant records and complete documentation using electronic systems.
- Support participants in achieving individual goals and tracking progress.
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in home-based and community activities.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude while building supportive relationships.
- Effectively manage and respond to challenging situations when they arise.
QualificationsRequired
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Basic cooking knowledge and meal preparation skills.
- Ability to use computers and complete written documentation.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug/alcohol screening.
Preferred
- Previous caregiving experience (1 year preferred).
- Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Colorado QMAP Certification.
- CPR and First Aid Certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Colorado Food Handler's License.
Training and certification opportunities may be provided for qualified candidates.
Compensation
Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
Compensation is based on experience, education, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Supervisory Responsibilities: None. However, opportunities for advancement within the company are available.
