Our patient-centered dental practice is looking for an experienced, dynamic and fun Dental Office Manager to lead our front-office operations. Along with patient centered care, we also believe in a strong work/life balance. We all have our life outside of work. We are a nonprofit organization serving people who cannot afford dental care, and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care and creating an enjoyable experience for every patient—and we need a strong leader who shares that passion. Key Responsibilities:

MUST HAVE STRONG PROBLEM SOLVING AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS

Lead, motivate, and support the dental team to maintain high performance and positive morale
Help make needed changes that will support the entire team
Professionally manage incoming calls, schedule patients efficiently, and confidently present treatment plans
Work with insurance plans, verify benefits, and create financial arrangements that support strong case acceptance
Foster a warm, welcoming, and organized environment for patients and their families
Assist with team training, development, and coaching
Oversee daily office flow to ensure punctuality, efficiency, and productivity
Ideal candidate has dental assisting background to jump in and help if needed
