Paid for a full 40-hour workweek
As a Production Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling high-quality components while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. This role requires strong MIG welding skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Perform MIG welding on mild steel and occasional stainless steel materials

Prepare materials through measuring, layout, fitting, tacking, grinding, sanding, and finishing

Inspect completed welds and fabricated parts to ensure quality and accuracy

Operate and maintain welding equipment and related tools

Track and replenish welding consumables as needed

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines

Hands-on MIG welding experience

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
-
Experience working with large parts and equipment such as overhead cranes or rolling machinery

Basic computer proficiency

Strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork

Additional welding experience with SAW, TIG, or Oxy-Acetylene processes

Background in fabrication, manufacturing, autobody repair, mechanical assembly, or related skilled trades

Familiarity with welding automation systems and Lean Manufacturing practices

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
