Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Assistant to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will support classroom teachers in creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment for young learners. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help foster a love of learning, promote social-emotional development, and support the individual needs of each child. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the foundational growth of preschoolers while gaining valuable experience in early childhood education.

Responsibilities
Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities, including setting up learning stations and preparing educational materials.
Support children during structured lessons and free play, encouraging participation and positive social interactions.
Help implement curriculum plans.
Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that promotes safety and accessibility for all children.
Collaborate with teachers.
Provide attentive care during snack times, outdoor activities, and rest periods to ensure children's well-being.

Skills
Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings prefered.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members.
Ability to assist with lesson planning and curriculum development.
Familiarity with classroom management strategies.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff in a supportive role.

Needs or in process of getting:

. Bachelor’s degree or CDA

· Good Conduct Certificate, “Ley 300”, Health Certificate, CPR and First Aid Certification.
