Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and is passionate about delivering high-quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all kitchen operations, including prep, line, and service
Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high performance and morale
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all menu items
Handle inventory, ordering, and food cost control
Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
Collaborate on menu development and seasonal specials
Schedule staff and manage labor costs effectively

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a leadership role (Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Head Chef)
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
Proven leadership and team-building skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Passion for food, creativity, and continuous improvement
