Full Job Description

We are looking for a talented, organized, and customer-focused Graphic Designer, Photo Editor & Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time. This role combines creative design and photo editing with direct customer communication and relationship management.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers by phone, chat and email. You will help create high-quality personalized memorial products, while ensuring every customer receives a positive and professional experience.

Graphic Design & Photo Editing:

Create and edit graphics, layouts, and visual materials for a variety of projects.
Edit and retouch photographs to professional quality standards.
Prepare artwork for production, print, digital use.
Make design revisions based on customer and internal feedback.
Organize and maintain artwork, photography, and project files.
Work with the production team to ensure designs are accurate and production-ready.

Customer Service:

Answer customer emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact throughout the project process.
Answer questions, provide project updates, and help resolve customer concerns.
Follow up as needed to ensure customer requests are addressed and orders stay on track.
Work with internal teams to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.
Help deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry through order completion.

Qualifications:

Experience in graphic design and photo editing.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop.
Strong understanding of composition, color, typography, and image editing.
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Comfortable managing phone and email communication with customers.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive, dependable, and proactive attitude.

We are looking for someone who enjoys both creative work and working with people. The right candidate will be able to move between design, photo editing, customer communication, and project coordination while maintaining a high standard of quality and service.
