What You'll Do
- Assist senior stylists with client services and salon operations
- Shadow and learn advanced techniques in cutting, coloring, and styling
- Develop client consultation and communication skills
- Build your technical foundation while gaining hands-on experience
- Gradually take on your own clients as you progress
What We're Looking For
- Cosmetology license (or currently enrolled in cosmetology school)
- Genuine passion for the beauty industry and client experience
- Commitment to excellence—you show up on time, every time, ready to learn
- Coachability—you accept feedback gracefully and apply it immediately
