Manage inventory control and food cost management to optimize resources while maintaining high standards of food quality.

Coordinate catering events and banquet functions, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service.
Oversee shift management, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for kitchen staff.
Maintain strong communication with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Skills

Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments.
Proven supervising experience managing kitchen teams in high-volume settings.

Experience in banquet, catering, and restaurant management roles.
