Full Job Description

BOOKKEEPER for Sierra Cascade Family Opportunities, in Quincy. 30-40 hrs/wk, 52 wks/yr. $25.40-26.95, medical/dental/vision benefits included. In addition, paid holidays, personal leave, and vacation leave. Applicant should have an interest in Bookkeeping and Accounting and be open to learning new skills, including completing training and/or coursework to advance skills. The position is responsible for calculating and processing accounts payable and bi-weekly payroll. Experience, or related experience with QuickBooks accounting software, Excel, invoicing, and preparing journal entries, along with a variety of bookkeeping responsibilities, preferred, but not required. Must have the ability to meet deadlines and multitask. Must be 18, possess a high school diploma or GED. Resume, application, and any transcripts must be received by 7/31/2026.
