Become the Physical Therapist You Were Trained to Be
You became a Physical Therapist to think critically, solve meaningful problems, and help people return to the activities they love.
At Total Motion Physical Therapy, you will have the opportunity to do exactly that in a performance-driven environment built around clinical excellence, mentorship, advanced professional development, and lifelong growth.
This is not a position where you simply move patients through a schedule or follow the same treatment approach every day. We believe great care comes from clinicians who have the time, support, and resources to evaluate deeply, treat intentionally, and continue improving throughout their careers.
As a Staff Physical Therapist, you will work primarily with an outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine population, with opportunities to provide vestibular and balance care based on your interests and experience.
You will also have access to AI-assisted documentation technology designed to reduce the amount of time you spend completing notes. Our goal is to help therapists complete their documentation during the workday, leave the clinic on time, and spend less of their personal time catching up on charts.
Whether you are an experienced Physical Therapist looking for a more challenging clinical environment or a new graduate searching for the right foundation, Total Motion provides the mentorship, training, technology, and professional development opportunities needed to build the career you want.
If you are driven to pursue advanced certifications, improve your clinical reasoning, and continuously grow as a clinician, this is an opportunity to join a team that shares those values.

Why Physical Therapists Choose Total Motion Physical Therapy
Clinical Excellence Is More Than a Goal. It Is Our Standard.
At Total Motion, we do not believe in cookie-cutter care.
Our clinicians are encouraged to develop advanced clinical reasoning skills, use evidence-based treatment strategies, and provide individualized care focused on meaningful patient outcomes.
You will work primarily with patients seeking care for orthopedic injuries, sports-related conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, pain, mobility limitations, and performance goals. Depending on your experience and interests, you may also treat patients experiencing vestibular dysfunction, dizziness, or balance-related concerns.
Our commitment to professional growth includes a robust residency program, fellowship training opportunities, specialty development, and a culture that supports clinicians who want to become the best version of themselves.
Spend Less Time on Notes and More Time on What Matters
Documentation should support patient care, not take over your evenings.
Total Motion provides AI-assisted documentation tools that help streamline the note-writing process and reduce unnecessary administrative work.
This technology is designed to help you:
- Complete documentation more efficiently
- Reduce the amount of time spent typing and recreating information
- Stay more focused and present during patient care
- Finish notes before leaving the clinic whenever possible
- Leave work on time instead of completing documentation at home
- Protect more of your personal and family time
We believe technology should make it easier for great clinicians to do their best work without sacrificing their lives outside the clinic.
A Culture Built Around Growth and Mentorship
Great clinicians are never finished learning.
You will work alongside a team that values mentorship, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Whether you are looking to mentor others or receive guidance from experienced clinicians, you will have opportunities to sharpen your skills, strengthen your clinical reasoning, and expand your expertise.
More Time to Focus on Your Patients
We believe exceptional care requires time and attention.
Our therapists typically treat approximately two patients per hour, with 60-minute evaluations, allowing you to perform thorough assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and build meaningful relationships with your patients.
Combined with AI-assisted documentation, this structure allows you to remain focused on the person in front of you while completing your administrative responsibilities more efficiently.
A Career Where Your Effort Is Recognized
At Total Motion, we do not believe in limiting clinicians with a traditional salary ceiling.
You will receive a competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives, with the opportunity to earn up to $100,000+ per year. Your dedication, contributions, clinical development, and results can directly influence your earning potential.
