Full Job Description

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Social Media Content & Accounts Manager to oversee content strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll plan and help create content, coordinate content shoots, and manage a contractor who handles daily posting and community engagement. You'll be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks — from concept to calendar to final published post.

This role is ideal for someone who has spent 5+ years in social media management and wants to step into a managerial position where strategy, design, and oversight come together. You should be as comfortable building a content calendar as you are jumping into Canva or CapCut to create something visually compelling yourself.

What You'll Do

Own the content pipeline end-to-end: plan, coordinate, delegate, review, and confirm final publishing across all client accounts
Learn each client's brand, voice, and goals so content decisions are always aligned with their specific focus
Build monthly content calendars that map out what's being posted, when, and why
Coordinate monthly content shoots — scheduling with clients and photographers as needed
Assign and delegate content execution tasks to the contractor responsible for daily posting and engagement
Review and approve content before it goes out, looping in clients for approval when required
Confirm content is queued and actually posts — you're the final checkpoint, not just the planner
Create original content yourself when needed, including graphics, short-form video, and other assets
Oversee the contractor's daily work, including community engagement and posting execution, to ensure consistency and quality
Maintain a cohesive visual grid and brand-consistent aesthetic across each account

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
