Behavioral Interventionist Supervisor: To manage, administer and provide school-based services of the agency assuring coordination, supervision, program development, outcome measurement and quality of care in the delivery of mental health, education, special education, and substance abuse services.
The primary functions of the Behavioral Interventionist Supervisor are:
- Provides clinical and administrative supervision for all public-school based Behavior Interventionists.
- Interfaces with schools to promote and manage contracted BI services of the agency taking place in public school setting.
- Researches and conducts appropriate trainings for school-based staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Maintains involvement with professionals and other community organizations that reflect positively on the agency.
- Acts as mandated reporter when necessary and with appropriate supervision.
- Must be able to handle multiple concurrent tasks, work cooperatively and effectively with people from different disciplines, and promote teamwork.
- Adheres to all quality, preferred practice, and ethical standards as outlined in the agency policies and procedures.
