Company Summary
Coeur Enterprises is a privately held family office headquartered in the Inland Northwest. We build, operate, acquire, and grow companies across multiple industries — from healthcare to industrial services and beyond — with a footprint that is both local and national. Some of our businesses we hold and scale for the long term; others we build with an eye toward a future sale. That means the work here never stands still: new entities, new deals, and new challenges are part of the job description. We were founded on a simple principle: surround ourselves with high performers and give them room to run. Our team is intentionally small, energetic, and entrepreneurial. If you want a seat at the table where real business decisions get made — launches, acquisitions, exits — rather than a desk in a big-company accounting department, this is that seat.
Your Role on the Team
You will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for the accounting and finance backbone of a growing portfolio of operating companies. You will report directly to the CFO and work closely with ownership and executive leadership to execute the company's strategic plan as the portfolio scales. We are open to hiring anywhere from Senior Accountant to Financial Controller — title and compensation will match your experience, and the runway to grow into the top of that range is real. This is not a maintain-the-status-quo role. You'll keep clean books across multiple entities today while building the systems, processes, and team that let us add the next business tomorrow. To be successful, you will need to be a critical and strategic thinker who is also comfortable rolling up your sleeves and executing the work accurately and professionally.
What we care about most is attitude, not a resume that checks every box. We are looking for someone with a can-do mindset and a genuine hunger to learn — not someone who already knows everything. If you bring the work ethic and the curiosity, we will invest heavily in your growth.
