Full Job Description

Job Overview

A Kansas City golf management company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This hybrid position offers a flexible work schedule with the opportunity to complete a portion of the work remotely.

We are looking for an experienced professional who enjoys working independently while helping maintain accurate financial records for a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
Maintain vendor records and process vendor payments
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
Assist with month-end bookkeeping and reporting
Support general accounting and administrative functions
Payroll administration may be added based on experience and qualifications

Qualifications

Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is preferred
