Full Job Description

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our elementary school team for the upcoming school year with Antietam School District.

This part-time opportunity begins in mid-August and offers a consistent daytime schedule with the potential to transition into a full-time position for candidates who are interested.

Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy services to elementary-aged students.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and service logs.
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and related service providers.
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans based on data and student performance.
Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, pragmatics, and other communication needs.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, district, and Kelly Pediatric Therapy policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active state Speech-Language Pathologist license.
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs may be considered if applicable).
Previous pediatric or school-based experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Ability to obtain all required state and district clearances.
