Growney Motors is heading into 104 year in business in Red Bluff! Come enjoy working for a small, family-owned dealership where we come together everyday as a team.

Growney Motors is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at our dealership in Red Bluff, CA. We desire a person with a positive attitude who is passionate about providing excellent service. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and administrative skills, as well as strong computer literacy.

Primary Responsibilities

Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Cashiering & Maintaining a Cash Drawer
Preparing Bank Deposits
Maintain organized filing systems
Assist with general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Support office management in various administrative tasks

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
