Currently, we are seeking a qualified
Administrative Assistant to work collaboratively with our Trucking division in
Red Bluff, California.
About the Position
-
Review video footage from in-cab telematics devices to assess safety events such as harsh braking, speeding, distracted driving, and collisions
-
Accurately categorize and record safety incidents using predefined criteria
-
Identify and communicate potential safety coaching opportunities to transportation supervisors
-
Provide clerical and administrative support to our transportation division
-
Resolve problems and issues with vendors such as returns, timelines, and billing
-
General and detailed record keeping and filing
-
Maintain inventory for office supplies, consumables, and other items as assigned

Professionally answer and route incoming calls
-
Maintain confidentiality and handle all video footage and documentation with discretion

Crosstrain to learn and assist other office functions
Qualifications
- 3 years’ recent verifiable progressive office administrative experience

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistently

Demonstrated experience organizing and managing high volumes of data

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Team player who interacts positively and professionally with coworkers

The general wage range for this position at Sierra Pacific Industries is from $20 and $30 per hour, and is dependent upon a number of factors, including, but not limited to: relevant work experience, skill, knowledge, and/or education.
