Full Job Description

My client in Southern Iowa is seeking a Permanent Onsite RN Quality & Risk Management Director to join their team. A Master's degree in Nursing or other healthcare related fields is required along with 5 years or more of quality and risk management experience within an acute care hospital. The position will report up to the CNO. This position includes great benefits and a strong compensation package along with relocation assistance which is negotiable. With good schools, low crime, and a family-friendly atmosphere, this community is a great place to settle and grow roots. Des Moines is only 90 minutes away from this low cost of living town for all of your big city needs.
