Overview

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Certified Nursing Assistant, where your compassion and expertise will make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work across diverse settings, including long-term care facilities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, and home care environments. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring safety, and supporting recovery and well-being through your skilled nursing practices. Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive patient care by administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts, and catheter care to promote patient comfort and independence.
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, social workers, and family members to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Support patients with complex needs such as dementia or Alzheimer's disease through specialized memory care techniques and behavioral health strategies.
Assist in patient transfers utilizing safe transfer methods and equipment to prevent injury for both patients and staff.

Requirements

Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), depending on the role.
Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and aseptic techniques essential for delivering safe patient care.
Experience working with diverse populations including individuals with disabilities or developmental disorders.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using proper manual handling practices; physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods.
Current certification in CPR/BLS.
Able to pass background check.
