Structural Drafter – Mid-Level: 3–5 Years of Experience
We are seeking a full‑time Structural Drafter with strong experience in both Revit and AutoCAD to support our engineering team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Self‑starter who is motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- 3–5 years or more of structural drafting experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under the direction of a Project Engineer (P.E./S.E.)
- Willingness to work overtime on an as‑needed, project‑driven basis
Responsibilities:
- Drafting in both Revit and AutoCAD
- Reading and interpreting structural plans
- Preparing documents for Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents
- Incorporating plan check comments and revisions
- Picking up red lines from Project Engineer
- Coordinating drawings with Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and other consultants

We are a full‑service Structural Engineering, Design, and Consulting Firm with over 40 years of combined professional experience. Our work includes Wood, Steel, Light Gauge Metal, Reinforced Concrete, and Masonry structures across Educational, Industrial, Municipal, Entertainment, and Commercial projects.
Compensation:
$36.49 per hour to $43.95 per hour
(Compensation based on BIM/AutoCAD proficiency and years of experience.)
Pay: $36.49 - $43.95 per hour
