As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Advisor to join our team.

As a Junior Financial Advisor, you will work closely with the firm’s existing clients to conduct reviews, identify additional opportunities and strengthen client relationships. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for financial advising, a client-first mindset, and an entrepreneurial drive to grow within a dynamic firm.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience) + commission/fee structure

What You Will Be Doing

Hold client and prospective client meetings to provide support and ensure follow-up on action items
Conduct client reviews to uncover additional opportunities
Prepare comprehensive financial plans, including data gathering, analysis, and the development of financial projections
Communicate with prospects and clients via multiple channels to build and maintain strong relationships
Collaborate with the advisory team to develop and implement investment strategies tailored to clients' needs and objectives
Support firm growth by engaging in client acquisition and company-sponsored marketing initiatives
Support marketing and business development initiatives, including vendor research
Stay current on industry trends, financial products, and regulatory requirements
Provide support to existing clients by answering inquiries and performing account service requests

What You Will Bring

Life & Health Insurance licensure (Required)
Active Series 65 or equivalent (Preferred and must obtain within 12-24 months after start date)
Clear and professional communication (verbal and written) (Required)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required)
High level of professionalism and a commitment to client service and satisfaction (Required)
Exceptional ability to connect and engage with existing and prospective clients (Required)
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team focused environment (Required)
Bachelors or associate’s degree in Finance or related field (Required)
Experience in financial planning or investment advisory services (Preferred)
