Position Summary
The Wine Club Manager leads the growth, retention, and member experience strategy for the DeLille Wine Club. This is a boots-on-the-ground, relationship-first role - one that demands a natural connector who loves building genuine bonds with guests, thrives in a guest-facing hospitality environment, and knows how to inspire a team to sell.
At its core, this position exists to drive the DeLille Wine Club. That means converting enthusiastic customers into members, whether they’re visiting us in person, finding us online, or experiencing DeLille in their local market. This person will serve as both a relationship builder and business driver: working across our physical locations and with Marketing team to grow membership, deepen engagement, improve retention, and elevate the overall member experience. This person will also champion member engagement across the full DeLille Wine Club experience: leading allocation pick-up parties, coordinating member events, and driving benefit awareness so our members always feel the value of belonging.
As consumer expectations around memberships and subscriptions continue to evolve, this role will help DeLille continue modernizing how members engage with the brand across hospitality, ecommerce, events, and direct communication. While some back-end administration is part of the role, this is not a desk job. The right candidate will spend the majority of their time with guests and teammates, and will measure their success by the strength and size of the DeLille community they help build.
