Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented On-Chain Analyst to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of blockchain data analysis, leveraging your expertise to interpret complex on-chain data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making. Your insights will empower our business development efforts, enhance our understanding of market movements, and drive data-driven strategies within the rapidly evolving blockchain ecosystem. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, finance, and analytics, contributing to cutting-edge projects with real-world impact.

Duties

Analyze on-chain transaction data to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities using advanced data analysis software such as SQL, Python, R, and SAS.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Data Studio to communicate findings clearly across teams.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis by collecting and interpreting blockchain metrics through web analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and specialized blockchain explorers.
Support business development initiatives by providing insights into user behavior, transaction flows, and market trends through statistical analysis and data storytelling.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product teams, and research units to translate complex data into actionable strategies that enhance platform growth.
Perform statistical testing such as A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of new features or marketing campaigns.
Assist in the design of research studies and contribute to strategic planning by presenting research findings in a clear, compelling manner.

Experience

Proven experience in blockchain or cryptocurrency data analysis with a strong understanding of on-chain metrics and transaction flows.
Proficiency in SQL databases for querying large datasets efficiently.
Extensive knowledge of statistical analysis techniques including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and market research methodologies.
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding platforms.
Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and automation tasks.
Experience working with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to track user engagement metrics.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent skills in data interpretation and storytelling to communicate insights effectively across diverse teams.
