Service Technician – Industrial Machinery

We are hiring an experienced Service Technician for a well-established company in the industrial machinery sector. This role focuses on equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and customer technical support within a designated service territory.

Key Responsibilities: Assemble, install, service, and upgrade industrial machinery at customer locations.

* Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.

* Provide machine start-ups, demonstrations, and operator training.

* Complete service reports, work orders, and expense documentation accurately.

* Coordinate with internal technical teams and manufacturers for complex service issues.

* Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and support.

Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience servicing machinery or industrial equipment.

* Technical certification or post-secondary education in a related field.

* Strong knowledge of electrics, electronics, PLCs, servo controls, and pneumatics.

* CNC machinery or fabrication experience is considered an asset.

* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and travel as required.
