Overview

We are seeking applicants with a current or pending active California real estate license; please note that those currently studying should wait to apply until their license is secured. This is a commission-only role designed for flexibility and growth, open to new agents, experienced pros, and independent teams. Wealth Managers operates as a full-service investment advisor, brokerage, and lender with a distinct advantage: we charge no upfront, closing, or transaction fees.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Current California real estate agent license in good standing
Promote real estate in your area via social media
Show property to potential buyers, conduct open houses for sellers
Network, call leads, host open houses

100% Independent Agent commission plan:
