Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee and manage the full accounts payable function for a fast-paced and growing organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and demonstrated experience utilizing RAMP and Sage Intacct to streamline financial operations, maintain controls, and improve efficiency. This position will be responsible for AP processes, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments, maintaining compliance with company policies, and supporting month-end close activities

Key Responsibilities

Manage all day-to-day accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, approvals, payment execution, and vendor management.
Oversee invoice coding and ensure accurate allocation to general ledger accounts, departments, and projects.
Administer and optimize AP workflows within RAMP and Sage Intacct.
Monitor and manage corporate card programs and employee expense reporting through RAMP.
Review and reconcile corporate card transactions and ensure compliance with company expense policies.
Coordinate payment runs including ACH, checks, and credit card payments.
Maintain vendor files, W-9 documentation, and ensure proper 1099 reporting compliance.
Reconcile AP subledger balances to the general ledger and assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
Develop, document, and improve internal controls and AP procedures.
Partner with accounting, finance, operations, and department leaders to resolve invoice and payment issues.
Support external audits and provide requested AP documentation.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience
Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct accounting software.
Hands-on experience managing expense and corporate card platforms using RAMP.
Strong understanding of accounts payable principles, general ledger accounting, and financial controls.
Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
