Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and strategic Digital Marketing Director to lead our company's digital marketing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will craft and execute innovative digital marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost revenue across multiple channels. Your expertise in digital campaign management, data analytics, and creative content creation will empower our team to achieve measurable results. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of our digital presence while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment committed to growth and excellence.

Note: ROEE pays you per campaign pack completed. Minimum is 500 per campaign pack and can go as high as 4000 per campaign pack.

Duties

Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals, including SEO, SEM, paid advertising campaigns, and social media marketing.
Oversee the setup, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other paid media channels.
Manage website content and performance using content management systems like WordPress and ensure website management best practices.
Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase web traffic.
Analyze web analytics reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance marketing efforts.
Lead content creation initiatives including copywriting, graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and content management for blogs, email marketing campaigns, and social media posts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement web analytics tracking, conversion optimization strategies, and technical SEO enhancements such as CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL for website performance improvements.
Manage social media advertising campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Drive e-commerce growth through targeted paid search marketing strategies and product listing optimizations.
Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing technology and best practices to continuously innovate our approach.

Skills

Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords (Google Ads), Google Tag Manager, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and marketing automation platforms.
Strong knowledge of paid advertising campaign management on platforms like Facebook Advertising and other social media advertising campaigns.
Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website management and performance enhancements.
Expertise in content creation including copywriting, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Creative Suite), and content management systems such as WordPress.
Experience with web analytics reporting to track KPIs and generate actionable insights for campaign optimization.
Demonstrated ability to manage digital marketing campaigns from setup through analysis with a focus on conversion optimization.
Skilled in social media management across multiple platforms with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies.
Knowledge of e-commerce platform integration and optimization techniques for online sales growth.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with creative teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
