Marketing & Content Creator Intern

AJ Realty Group & AJ Builders Group
Location: Pearland, TX (Hybrid/Flexible)
Internship: Part-Time (15–25 hours/week)

AJ Realty Group and AJ Builders Group are growing real estate and custom home building companies focused on creating exceptional homes, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and building a recognizable brand. We're looking for a creative, energetic content creator who loves social media and isn't afraid to think outside the box.

If you're always filming TikToks, creating Instagram Reels, following social media trends, and have an eye for great content, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Position Overview

We're looking for a Marketing & Content Creator Intern to help tell our story through engaging content. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating videos, taking photos, editing content, and building an online presence.

You'll work directly with the owner to capture behind-the-scenes moments, showcase homes, promote listings, document construction progress, and highlight company culture.

Responsibilities

Create engaging daily content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Film and edit short-form videos and Reels.
Photograph homes, construction projects, open houses, and events.
Write creative captions that match our brand voice.
Schedule and publish daily social media content.
Stay on top of social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
Create graphics using Canva or similar design software.
Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Design flyers, brochures, and marketing materials.
Capture client testimonials and behind-the-scenes content.
Help plan and execute marketing campaigns for listings, new builds, and company events.
Track engagement and provide ideas to grow followers and increase brand awareness.
Occasionally assist during open houses, networking events, and community activities.

What We're Looking For

Creative mindset with a passion for social media.
Comfortable being behind the camera—and occasionally in front of it.
Strong photography and video editing skills.
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar editing tools.
Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Detail-oriented and dependable.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Bonus Skills

Drone photography or videography.
Graphic design experience.
Experience managing business social media accounts.
Basic knowledge of real estate, construction, or interior design.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or social media scheduling platforms.
