Full-Time Remote Sales Representative – Real Estate (Commission Only)

Are you an experienced Acquisition Rep looking for a team that can actually deliver the results—and income—you’ve been chasing? Our small but high-performing real estate group has closed 140+ deals with just two reps, and we’re ready to bring on our next top producer.

This is a full-time, commission-only role where driven sales professionals can realistically earn $100,000+ in their first year. We back you with proven systems, strong inbound lead flow, and the support to help you hit (and exceed) your goals.

What You’ll Do

Close $500,000+ in revenue in your first year.
Respond quickly to incoming leads—including nights/weekends when needed.
Prospect within our database to uncover hidden opportunities.
Set and track daily performance metrics.
Master our real estate-specific CRM and sales systems.
Stay self-motivated and laser-focused on results.

What We’re Looking For

2+ year of wholesale sales or acquisitions experience (required).
Tech-savvy with CRM systems and new tools.
Comfortable making 6+ hours of calls daily from a dedicated home office.
Goal-oriented, disciplined, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Someone who’s hungry for results and eager to grow with a winning team.

Compensation Structure

Commission:
15% on paid leads (after $2,000 pack fee).
20% on cold call/pond leads (90+ days old) after $2,000 pack fee.
Effort-Based Bonuses:
$20 weekly cash bonus per qualified appointment.
Additional KPI-driven bonuses.
Performance Bonuses:
Quarterly + annual bonuses.
Earning Potential: $100,000+ in your first year if you put in the work.
